Do my credits roll over if I don’t use them that month?
You are allowed a max of 2 monthly credits or rollover(s) per twelve-month period If you choose to rollover the month service, you will still be charged for the month. You cannot skip a month of payment. Any unused service credits will remain accessible for 90 days of skipped service Example: You choose to skip January; you will have until April to utilize your service.
If I haven’t used my credits, can I give them to someone else?
No, membership is nontransferable.
